I have been with GEODIS for 7 years now, though in two separate stints. I have been a resident of the UAE for almost 15 years now. Human Resources is more than just a job for me and I consider development of people, and through that, the success of business and society, as the single most important contribution HR can make. I am a perfectionist by nature and this is evident in my work, and also most of the pitfalls I land in. I say, “If you do it, do it well; otherwise don’t do it at all”.
I hold an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Economics. I am also one of a group of people, globally, to have first received the HRMP (Human Resources Management Professional) certification of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Other than my assignment at GEODIS, my world revolves around my twin girls and wife. Copywriting, biographies, books on history and philosophy, metal music, whisky (collecting, tasting, reading about it) keeps me busy during my private time.
